Your Responsibilities

• Planning and coordination of last-mile deliveries
• Dispatching couriers and escort vehicles
• Customer service and order processing
• Monitoring delivery quality and time windows

• Completed training in logistics/freight forwarding or equivalent
• Experience in dispatching or logistics planning
• Organizational talent and stress resilience
• Proficient with MS Office and dispatching software
• Excellent German language skills, English is an advantage
